At Petmate, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size or style isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from pet hair and signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
